30-Days No Questions asked 100% Exchange Policy

Our award-winning Luxe Chains are all handmade in Germany and individually custom made just for you. As a result these custom made chains are not eligible for a refund. However as a Luxe customer, all our Luxe Chains are eligible for a 100% Exchange for any item of equal or greater value based on purchase price within 30 days of your purchase.

So for example if you spend $1200 on a gold necklace and would like a bracelet with a different style instead, simply trade in your necklace for the bracelet valued at $1200 or more, and you only pay the difference. We will cover all the shipping charges and make the transaction as smooth as possible.

 

 

Lifetime 100% Exchange Policy

After 30 days, we also offer a Lifetime 100% Exchange towards any other item that is two times (2x) the purchase price or greater of the original purchase, and you simply pay the difference. This is offered to all our customers whether you made a purchase 7 months ago or 7 years ago, you are still eligible.

Again using the $1200 necklace as an example. If you spent $1200 on a gold necklace and would like something else instead, simply trade in your necklace for any chain valued at $2400 or more, and you only pay the difference. We will cover all the shipping charges and will ensure the transaction is completed as smooth as possible.

 

Please Note: Our exchange policies are solely at the discretion of Luxe to prevent abuse through excessive exchanges, and we reserve the right to modify the terms of the transaction if the price of precious metals were to increase or decrease drastically from the time of the original purchase to the time of the exchange. If at all possible subject to a large increase in prices, we may even credit our customer additional funds if their precious metals item is worth considerably more than what was paid at the original time of purchase. We always try to be as fair with our customers as possible.

To exchange an item, please email us at sales@luxechains.com and we will email back the return shipping instructions including an RMA (Return Authorization Number). No returns will be accepted without a RMA so please contact us prior to your return.

 

 

Order Cancellations

Due to the nature of how we make our chains and that they are each individually handmade for each customer, all orders that are cancelled prior to shipment are subject to a 30% restocking fee to recoup our labor costs.
